Lincoln Memorial University (LMU) Interim President Jason McConnell, DBA, has authored a research paper which has been accepted for publication in the “American Journal of Management” (Vol. 24 No. 1 [2024]). LMU School of Business Dean Kelsey Metz, PhD, served as second author on the paper and assisted with the research.
